Hello, fellow faster! Great to hear from someone. I've gone 15 days but I've fasted for years. I do that at least 2 times a year and shorter ones in between. Are you just starting today then? I'm not sure how long I'll go- until I get down to around 130 and feel good. Yes, the first three days are always terrible. Good luck- we CAN do it!
