I read your blog a few days ago when I first came along this site, and have enjoyed your daily account the most of the one's I've read. I think we're both on the same page. I am on day 7 now of a water fast (I call it a water fast, but some days I drink a glass of juice when I need the energy boost). I am at the same stage at you where food doesn't tempt me any more, and the mind over matter has become an integrated part of my lifestyle. The length of my fast is somewhat undetermined. I'm thinking 12-15 days or if I have reached a weight where I told myself I would stop sooner than that. I guess which ever one comes first. I look forward to reading more about how your journey goes! Good luck to us!
