Good post midge ! lifestyle change should always be for the better and it means eating right and sensibly, exercising to remain fit and strong and doing yoga to cure yourself from all diseases and ailments. One should make a gradual change in the lifestyle once you start approaching your 40's and then take it all easy since stress and tension is the biggest factor for all problems . Lifestyle and health is the biggest factor in our lives always coz if ur ok everything works just right.
