That was great Andrew..The awareness sahould come from parents only and this should start right from the tiny tot years so that the child develops a taste for all healthy and tasty foods. This could be anything from soya, soups, juices, salads, raw or cooked veggies which includes a lot of greens, yoghurt and proteins which are essentially good for the child.Apart from this, corn, nuts, oats and cereals should be encouraged too. Care should be taken that too much sweet, oily food, snacking etc should be avoided.
