Blog Description

This will be a fasting period of juice fasting and water fasting intermittedly. I have juice fasted for 7 days before and felt fine. I want to remove myself from western society ideals, and reflect inwardly. I have experienced disordered eating, and by the grace of God, would like fasting to help cure me.
