Blog Description Aloha,
I'll be starting the master cleanse on Monday. I'm wondering if epsom salts are as effective as the SWF? I've done both and the epsom salts seem to work better for me. My plan is a 10 day MC, easing my way back into eating, and taking August to concentrate on improving my fitness level and eating habits. The wedding is September 23rd on the beach in Oahu; a small, family affair. Our group includes my parents, eight year old son, six year old daughter, MJ fiance, and me Colleen. I'm feel so fortunate and excited to begin this new chapter in life. This is my time for transformation and growth. |
