so, yesterday was a breeze. i knew that i was half way towards the end of my journey.
so, yesterday was a breeze. i knew that i was half way towards the end of my journey. so far, the weight loss is showing and my mind is gettin ready and lookin forward to a lot of low calorie recipes. the vegtable soup is sounding like it is the best thing there is! i have bought a lot of vegtables and tofu and im ready to endulge myself with healthy food. i did not have work yesterday so i decided to stay inside my room to clean. so far, that was my work out for the day. i sipped on my lemonade the whole day and it satisfied me just right. i slept a lot better than i usually do. problem w ... read more ..4th day on master cleanse.. 16 y
my 4th day into my cleanse, i am looking for motivation and support
so, it is my 4th day on this cleanse and i am feeling just fine. i have enough of energy to face work in approximately 3 hours. i have my lemonade all set up for the whole day and i am feeling good, not feeling too well with the thought of being at work. mostly because of the fact that i work with food. as a matter of fact, i have been able to say no to my cravings. im soo proud of myself!! the 3rd day was the hardest day for me, given the fact that i decided to stay home because i dont have work. my mom tempted me, cooked my all time favorites and opened boxes and boxes of french and hawa ... read more |
