cleansing before ....
SOME THOUGHTS ON COFFEE ENEMAS FOR LIVER CLEANSING AND DETOXING In order to use the coffee enemas for liver cleansing and detoxing it is necessary that your large intestines be well emptied out before taking the coffee enemas, otherwise the coffee enemas will be much less effective. So you several ways to accomplish this. I am only going to give a few examples, there are many more ways to do this. My preference is to take the coffee enemas early in the morning as soon as I wake-up. So to have a clean bowel what I do is to take several cleansing enemas the night before so that I will get up ...   read more

Difference in enema solutions.   12 y
What is the difference between enema solutions. Effects of enema solution on our bodies.
Difference in enema solutions. Abstract from Valerie_cct in CureZone forum Solutions used in enemas, among other categorizations, can be classified according to their ability to either draw water out of the body, be absorbed by the body, or be neutral. In that order they are known as hypertonic, hypotonic, and isotonic. The small volume disposable squeeze bottle enemas are hypertonic , meaning they draw fluids out of the body into the colon in order to provide the volume of water to promote a bowel movement. These hypertonic solutions can also be very irritating to the rectum and colo ...   read more

Large Volume Coffee Enema   15 y
Liver cleansing
Large volume Coffee Retention enema: This enema is used to detoxify the liver and gallbladder. I have use this enema to replace the olive oil/grape fruit juice liver flush. I take two of these enemas every day for 3 days and also take a deep cleansing series enema beforehand.  I highly recommend that you do a deep cleansing soapsuds enema using a minimum 3 bags of 2 quarts of soapsuds, The large volume coffee retention enema may causes a reaction to coffee, You may get a “buzz” or get “strung up” and nervous. Since this enema has sufficient volume to reach, besides the rectum and the sigm ...   read more

Coffee enema   15 y
How to prepare and use a retention coffee enema. Also different types of retention coffee enema.
Retention enemas In general A retention enema - an enema that is held in the body for a specified period of time - This type of enema is not hard to retain, since it is usually only 1 or 2 cups of liquid. To maximize the benefits of a retention  enema, use a cleansing enema first. Retention coffee enema (small volume) When used as a retention enema, coffee does not go through your digestive system and does not affect your body as a coffee beverage does. Instead, the coffee solution stimulates both your liver and your gallbladder to release toxins, which are then flushed from your body. Thi ...   read more

Liver cleanse instead of liver flush.   17 y
Liver cleanse instead of liver flush.
I have done several liver flushes using olive oil and grapefruit juice after 4 or more days of stone softening. They work very well but I find them very taxing to my body. It took me a whole week to recover from this type of liver flush. In its place I have done what I call a liver “cleanse”. I go on a 3-day or a 5-day juice fast during which every morning (could be in the PM too) I take a cleansing enema followed by a 1 quart coffee enema in which I add 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts. After evacuating the coffee enema I wait for about 1 hour and take another cleansing enema. I u ...   read more

Prep to a liver flush   18 y
Softening of stones. Bowel management
Pre Liver Flush by Propaul (modified in 2006) I read many questions about liver flushes. I read about so many successes of people who do them. I read of the many different protocols. But I find very little about preparations for a liver flush. I believe that the success of a liver flush depends on its PREPARATION. From my personal experience and from reading many other reports and discussions of liver flushes I have come to believe that there are two steps in the preparation of a liver flush. 1) Softening of stones, if present 2) Bowel management The stone ...   read more

Soapsuds enema for cleansing   18 y
Soapsuds enemas produced significantly greater output than tap water
Abstract from  ”Studies on the benefits of colonics and enemas” Soapsuds enema from a nurse’s training handbook. As Schmelzer et al. describe it, the ideal enema would effectively cleanse the colon with minimal side effects, essentially the same as the goal of the colonic irrigation. Enemas, like colonics, cleanse the colon by stimulating propulsion and secretion. The relevant factors include enema volume, the presence of chemical irritants, and the osmolality or tonicity of the solution. The instillation of a large fluid volume into the colon stimulates propu ...   read more

Trying to control blood sugar and blood pressure
My 5 day juice fast by propaul 5 day fruit/veggie juice fast with enemas and laxatives This is a harsh and rather difficult fast to follow. This is my attempt to reduce my blood sugar and my blood pressure. General Every day during the fast, I drink, daily, at least 8 glasses (8 oz) of water besides any other liquids. If I do not prepare for this fast, I find myself unable to follow it. So preparation is nearly as important as the fast itself. I take a daily bath or shower during the fast because I exude garlic odor. I usually start my fast on a Monday. For anyone wanting mor ...   read more
