Yeast- Natural Cure 15 y
About.com and Cathy Wong- here's some advice on those pesky yeast infections
Vaginal yeast infections are caused by a fungus called Candida albicans which is normally found in small amounts in the vagina but can overgrow when the vaginal pH balance changes from its normal acidic levels to a more alkaline one.
This can be caused by your period, pregnancy, diabetes, birth control pills, steroids, and antibiotic use.
Yeast infections are also more common after menopause due to declining estrogen levels, which thin the vaginal walls.
It’s estimated that three out of four women will have a yeast infection in their lifetime.

4th day of my San Blas Mex trip, the fishermen of San Blas, the mercado, the connection to earth accessed by simple living
I am on my 4th day in San Blas. This morning I woke up to hot cafe and a banana for breakfast.
I walked over to my webmaster and we discussed the tantra yogi shopping cart. And some supplier information as I left her cabana and was walking back to mine...I stopped and surveyed the waters edge. The fishermen of San Blas were pulling their nets into the skiffs in preparation for the day. I noticed how they pulled the large nets in such a way so they could let them out ”in reverse” when they hit their fishing destination.
The birds chirped and made int ... read more

Hey, I'm leaving for a vacation- a working vacation getting my websites set up- and getting the shopping carts put in....Merry Christmas and let Love shine brightly on All
I should thank D that he ”showed” me how to communicate in this way- with him it was primarily sexual- it was 100% sexua| but not so with Kronos- we did have a 3 day orgy a week or so ago, but both of us decided walking around in a state of sexua| excitation all day wasn’t getting us anywhere- so now we are just communicating energetically and politely! Minding our manners, minding our P& Q’s, Minding our T&A’s...yes we are MINDING....
Enough, out of the love gutter- I have stuff to do for my trip- not the least find my passport and exchange some USD’s for pesos...get to the postoffic ... read more

The finding of Kronos
Some of this will make no sense to some who will read this..and some will understand almost automatically, and a few will even understand more than I do..and this bit will reveal more than maybe, even I, care it to......
But the truth is...I never really did want to understand why I love someone...It only makes me decide that I am making a mistake- more on that..
I was married one time for 20 years, raised my children, 2 cars, house in Leucadia, yada,yada...There were up and downs in that 25 year span (I met my husband at age 16- he was 24- yes, well that’s another story= apparently ... read more

Oh dear, I have never had such an elegant, poetic courting
I heard your voice for the first time today, on your answering machine.
It was low and sensual and delicious. I am carefully placing your voice
with all of the other bits and pieces I have gathered.
A rich tapestry, a fascinating mystery, is slowly, almost painfully,
materializing before me on gossamer tiptoes.
So close, but so far.
I feel like the ghost, who never could quite touch his beloved.
It is building a hunger within me. A hunger that long ago in its
pubescence, became dormant for lack of satiation.

Pocket Oracle 15 y
Well maybe so..yep- herd mentality
Know when something is a defect, even if it looks the opposite. H onesty should be able to recognize vice even when it dresses in brocade. Sometimes it wears a crown of Gold, but even then it cannot hide its iron.
Slavery is just as vile when disguised by high position. Vices can be elevated, but are always base. Some people see a certain hero with a certain fault, but they don’t realize it wasn’t the fault that made him the hero. The example of people in high places is so pervasive that it makes others imitate even their ugliness.
Adulation mimics even an ugly face, without reali ... read more
This Bud's 4 Me 15 y
Foolish, stubborn, whim, and judgment from the pocket oracle
Don’t hold anything onto firmly. Fools are stubborn and the stubborn are fools, and the more erroneous their judgment is, the more they hold onto it.
Even when you are right, it is good to make concessions: people will recognize you are right but admire your courtesy. More is lost through holding on than can be won by defeating others. One defends not the truth but rudeness.
There are the heads of iron, that are difficult to convince, hopelessly obstinate.
When whim meets stubborness, they bond forever into foolishness. Be firm in will, not in judgment.

Soup Kitchen Energetics 15 y
My daughter volunteers at the local Soup Kitchen in Palo Alto, we spent Thanksgiving together and worked in the "kitchen"
Here’s what I noticed -
Yesterday I was in Palo Alto, Ca- I worked dishing/ladeling up sauce (yes secret sauce for you conspiracy theorists of fast foodists)in a free
lunch food program at a local church- Big program in 2 hours we served near 400 lunches...and almost to a person these beat up, roughed up people-when asked if they wanted sauce on their spaghetti-said un poco- or just a little- or none....And it became clear to me that there was a pattern of not deserving, or not wasting, (the food would be thrown out after the day ) or of not taking one’s space on this plane-

An old lady was standing at the railing of the cruise ship

A gentleman approached her and said,
”Pardon me, madam.
I do not intend to be forward
but did you know that your dress

”Yes, I know,” said the lady.
”I need both my hands
to hold onto this hat.”
”But madam, you must know that you are
not wearing any panties
and your privates are exposed!”
said the gentleman in earnest.
