Evolving Nutritional Awareness & Evolution of Consciousness 5 y
The integral connections between gut-brain-head centers and evolving consciousness.

”Most people pay no attention to how they eat. -
They spend their meals talking, gesticulating and squabbling, in the midst of which they occasionally put something into their mouths. They see nothing unusual in this. They trust their system to sort out the food and retain those elements necessary for the body to function properly. And indeed, the body does take care of it.
But what these ignorant people do not realize is that food also contains subtle forces and elements which can be assimilated only by eating consciously. And as these ele ... read more
"Evolving" With Dr. Ron Schmid 5 y
"Long before paleo became a popular trend, Ron integrated the teachings of Weston A. Price, D.D.S., Francis Pottenger, M.D., and other nutrition pioneers from the early 20th century, and argued for their ongoing relevance."
Dr. Kaayla Daniel wrote:
Legacy of a Health Warrior
My friend and colleague, Dr. Ron Schmid, died quietly in his sleep Thursday, July 20, 2017, at the age of 71. I want to honor him today by sharing stories of his courage, integrity and the rich legacy he left for all of us in the fields of natural health and nutrition.

Evolving Nutritional Awareness By Eating With Consciousness 5 y
From the Teachings of Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov.
July 6, 2022 -
”When you eat ... make a habit of chewing your food at length, because the glands in your mouth then introduce various beneficial elements into it. This action can be compared to a kind of ‘cooking’ that makes the food easier to assimilate. And if you chew your food until it liquefies, only a small amount of waste is left over, and you will benefit from a lot of energy even if you eat very little.
The same laws govern breathing. That is why, when you breathe, you must absorb the air slowly and deeply so that it can reach the base of your lungs in order to fill and expa ... read more
Evolving Nutritional Awareness Through Gene Key Mutation 5 y
The manifestation of physical changes and their impact on the human digestive system.
Since starting the Evolving Nutritional Awareness I’ve discovered affinity with the perspective on diet and nutrition from a Human Design System perspective as well as from the Gene Keys perspective. The Human Design System and Gene Keys inform us that we are in the midst of a genetic mutation that will culminate in 2017. The mutation is taking place in the Solar Plexus Center at Gene Key 55. The following is from the 55th Gene Key presentation by Richard Rudd:
As the human body’s need for salt decreases our digestive system will begin to mutate. This is after all a solar plexus ... read more

”Law, not confusion, is the dominating principle in the universe.”
I’m reminded of the book ”Are You Confused” by Paavo Airola from the mid 70’s. I’m amazed that close to half a century later there still are people who are confused about certain real foods - like raw milk!
Knowing that confusion has continued in the realm of n ... read more

A Higher Evolution in Nutritional Awareness 7 y
How living in a consciously co-created environment accelerates the evolution of our "nutritional awareness" and how coupling these two factors will give the next generation an advanced placement in their relationship with the whole web of life.
Past presentations here at this ”Evolving” blog have pointed to the need to see nutrition in the larger context of what is truly nourishing and that by expanding our vision we will see the interdependent systems of nature. I now offer the following vision that embraces nature’s systems for co-creative forms of community.
A Life-Giving Alliance
The potential that farmers and chefs have to be at the ”frontline of well-being” is the living and life-giving foundation of a community vision that I call Cheeta: Culturally Healing ~ Ecologically Enlightening ~ Transformative Arts.

Enjoy Good Digestion with food prepared as medicine and eaten in a sacred way.
Greetings Once Again!
As mentioned before in this blog - digestion is an essential part of all that can make for good nutrition. Your ability to digest your food is arguably the most important contributing factor in your nutrition immediately followed by the quality of the food itself. At some level of awareness the wisdom of this truth is virtually universal as all cultures at least have the equivalent of saying ”Good Digestion” before sharing a meal. That’s because you can’t assimilate what you can’t digest.
If you can’t digest the food you eat then you may be at risk for a certain ... read more

Another recommendation next to Weston A. Price’s ”Nutrition and Physical Degeneration is this book by Francis Pottenger.
”... One of the most valuable things I gleaned from Nutrition and Physical Degeneration occurred because of data that came from another small book called Pottenger’s Cats, also published by the Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation. By combining the two books into one understanding I have obtained an ability to see how the human body adapts to inadequate nutrition, especially inadequate mineral nutrition. I suppose that’s why the PPNF keeps Pottenger’s Cats in print an ... read more

The body – even though it is not exactly an isolated system – has a certain amount of energy it can produce at any given time. The key to great health is in how efficient we are at using that energy.

Only Good Nutrition Will Prevent & Cure Tooth Decay & More! 10 y
Ramiel Nagel, author of Cure Tooth Decay, is one of those who knows and highly values what Weston Price gave to the world.
Good nutrition comes from nutrient-dense real whole foods, properly grown and that are properly prepared vs. the fractionated, processed, modern foods of commerce. The evidence for this predominately comes from the findings of Weston A. Price and from many others who understand the significance of Price’s findings. Ramiel Nagel, author of Cure Tooth Decay, is one of those who knows and highly values what Price gave to humanity.

The Effects of Inferior Nutrition Are Virtually Endless! 10 y
"Nutrition" has both a "good side" as well as a really bad side!
Really Good Nutrition supports great health, total well-being including good mental-emotional disposition and natural beauty! Conversely the effects of inferior nutrition are virtually endless! It seems that for a lot of people their complaints along these lines are endless! However, I believe that real relief can be had for many if not most of the complaints. I also believe that complete relief may often require the resolution of an emotional conflict. (See German New Medicine at learninggnm.com)

March 10, 2019 - Foods of and/or Through Commerce -
Weston A. Price most probably coined the phrase: ”foods of commerce” (aka ”displacing foods of commerce”) with the publishing of his book: ”Nutrition and Physical Degeneration.” The term refers to all the modern-day processed ”foods” such as white flour, refined sugar, canned milk, etc. and all the products that food manufacturers make with these and similar ingredients. In addition to the obvious loss of nutrients that is immediately consequential to all ”foods of commerce” there are other concerns to consider in regards to any food t ... read more
