insomnia due to vitamins A and/or D toxicity. Also fight tooth decay and insomnia by balancing calcium with magnesium. Also get the right level of D.
There is a link between insomnia..at least certain types of insomnia..and bad teeth: calcium, magnesium, vitamins D & A.
There are many types of insomnia. My experience is with insomnia due to vitamin A & D toxicity and bad calcium/magnesium blood levels. As for teeth...I've had more than my share of misery with them. My childhood diet included a lot of sugary junk food and also was way overweight on meat while almost no magnesium was obtained. vanadium helps some forms of arrhythmia, ideal calcium magnesium intake ratio
Vanadium is not an absolute cure for arrhythmia episodes but it does reduce frequency of them...and if I avoid 3 situations I have identified I believe it will prevent all occurrences. Vanadium will also not stop one that has already started. First the vanadium I take is Albion Chelated Vanadium 5mg capsules from Swanson. I take only a small amount, maybe 1/20 of a capsule once or twice a week..that is 250 micrograms. I beat it. It took many years but I finally found all the
ingredients needed to prevent acne. As a teenager I suffered greatly from it....I was nutritionally ignorant then. It got better moving into adulthood but there were still occasional outbreaks...embarrassing and sometimes very persistent and hard to heal. For a few years now, it is no longer a problem. I attribute it to vitamin A, zinc, manganese, evening primrose or borage oil, biotin.
