day 2: 5 y
Day 2 of my log
MORNING: coffee/chicory and water over news, followed by a 1/2 cup yogurt.
WORKOUT: great! Doing 27 minutes of interval 2minutes cardio, 1 minute weight bearing. Ending with a jog, but having to work up to it. Started at 2 minutes after the training, up to 10 minutes easy jog. End with a few tai chi chill moves and yoga stretching for 10 minutes. Ended with Yoga headstand (sal-amba)which is the easiest one. Starting trying a few days ago. Today I balance pretty nicely for a good 30-seconds or so! Day 1, What I do already and what I am adding 5 y
With these random outbreaks of IC and digestive bloating that made me feel like I have a basketball in my stomach, I am starting a regiment based on things that work for me so far, and from other blogs and articles I read. I won’t be writing the symptoms/cures for IC (what to eat or not to eat), you can look that up. This is what I have found so far. WATER Lots of it. At least an 8oz glass everytime you pee. Pee as soon as you feel like peeing. Don’t hold it.
