Apple Cider Vinegar is my favorite food supplement. The thing about apple cider vinegar is that it balances the gut acid level. Most people have an alkaline stomach unlike what you would think. Acid indigestion and other acid related health issues are usually caused by the stomach being so full of undigested food that the body attempt to create acid to break the food down...but the acid the body naturally can not do enough to break down the
alkaline foods in the bodies of many people who have digestion and other gut related health problems.
