At peace today....

I am officially in the "routine" of fasting. I survived a birthday party last night at Dave and Busters and didn't feel a desire to eat or drink with everyone else. I simply sipped pelligrino and conversed with everyone while they ate. I am not saying that I am recommending this to anyone. Its like putting temptation right in your face, but I couldn't miss the party, which was my sister's, so I did it. However, I feel at peace today, They say it takes fourteen days to make something a habit, well I guess its 23 for me because today I realized that juicing isn't something I "have to do for 30 days" it is just my temporary routine. I am comfortable with that and still think of food but can turn it down easily. I have decided to attempt a highly raw diet after the fast and for that reason, Santa is bringing me a food processor and living raw cookbook for Christmas ( so I heard). I am going to attempt to make as many raw sauces, crackers, "breads", pates, and any other food that I feel I need to replace. I will attempt to eat zucchini raw pasta rather than an entire package of gnocci(potato pasta). I will not be 100% raw and am realisic enough to know that about my self, but will slowly implement many raw items into our routine. I know I have rambled alot today but these are all of the things that have crossed my mind regarding juicing today.
