Thank you so much for your blog. i am on day 15 of my first 30n day fast and your words have really helped me a lot. Anyway, keep focusing on how good you will feel at the end of the fast. So clean and energized. I have to run to the store, but I just wanted to say I will keep lookin for your updates and from everything I have read you can do this.
