Have attempted a MC fast few years ago and gave in to food temptation on day 4. Since then have loosened my addiction to food a bit. I have conquered every other demon in my life, I need to have a healthy body that is not tired all the time.
Prep for the cleanse
This cleanse was started without much thought. Had been on a cleanse since July, eating clean, working out on the trampoline 3 to 4 hours a day, nothing strenuous, doing yoga with some(very little) meditation.
Had a salt water flush the night before.
Day 1 - January 21, 2008
Starting Weight: 152.0 lbs
Had my SWF, no issues.
Had 58 ozs of lemonade through out the day.
No other water.
Was not hungry at all.
Skipped the LAX tea.
Cooked for family not tempted a bit.
Day 2 -
Weight 150.0 Lost 2.0 lbs
SWF no issues again, have it a bit warm.
Had 72 ozs of lemonade(drank up the previous days deficiency)
Took 2 steam baths. One very hot bath in the tub with loads of epsom salt for 30 minutes. Dry skinned before the both steam baths. Did a few minutes on the trampoline.
Had BMs even in the evening.
Drank 16 ozs of water.
Had LAX tea two hours prior to going to bed.
Was extremely cold, hands and feet were freezing.
Did not have good sleep, need to work on that, don't feel like working at all.
