ready for the double digits tomorrow

So I made it through my second weekend. Weekends are actually my easiest when I don't go out. Its the weeks that get tricky because they take a lot more planning. I have to wake up earlier to make my juices for the day and I am never sure what I am going to feel like. Although the weeks always feel like they fly by because I keep myself so darn busy. This is a good thing because I want this fast to go by fast (haha). Not really becuase I am craving food or I am miserable. I just really want to move on to the next stage. I am ready (well not until my fast is over with) to start living a healthier lifestyle.
This weeks challenge will be working out. I worked out last night. I did 30 min on the stairstepper and about 20 min of abb work. My body felt great this morning. I actually have to go earlier than usual because it gave me such an energy boost I was up until 1 am last night yikes! I guess i was dreading working out because I remember when I worked out on day 3 and it was miserable. So, I think i will be able to stick to it this week since i had such a good experience last night. I wont go tonight (i am on day 10 right now) but I will go after work tomorrow.
I had my first vivid food dream last night. I was dreaming of ramen noodles lol! i don't even like ramon noodles. I don't understand this... well, I can get through this no problem if I keep craving foods that I don't even like. Weird.
