Extending my fast

Today is day 38 and I am certainly used to the fast by now! Well, now the time has come to tell you that I intend on extending my fast for another 10 days, I had intended on doing that since the beginning of my fast, but was waiting to see how I felt about it. The reason for that extension is that I have not reached the weight I feel most comfortable at. Also, David Wolf said in his book Sunfood Diet that he believes people should fast until all excess fat is gone and I firmly believe that (at least for me.) So I wish to stand up to my belief. I may stop after day 9 (well, in fact day 49) because on day 50, I will be travelling to Paris for 4 days and would hate not to be able to at least have salad with my hubby at some fine French restaurant! I would love any suggestions on breaking my fast (how long before introducing salad), as I never fasted for over 30 days.
Thanks in advance for any input, greatly needed cos I dont wanna mess up my body!
