15 Day Liquid Fast

Starting tomorrow a 15 day liquid fast. Which will consist of green tea, regular unsweeten tea, soy protein shakes and water. Not sure of the weight loss, but hope to look more lean, which I normally do when I cut out much carbs. So from tomorrow to April 5th should be a good start. Then I will continue my vegatarian diet for two weeks and come back to another fast by the end of April. Hope this works out, will begin blogging tomorrow on efforts.
