hey, so i'm trying to have a fresh start. I've put on the freshman fifteen and i've lost some weight since then by working out and getting back to my normal diet, but i'd really like to make a clean break from all of the habits i've gotten into this year and the shape my body has gotten into. i dont want to water fast, as i've tried it in the past and its a little to drastic for me - i can't really maintain afterwards and it just leads me to more cravings afterwards. i'd like to do a lighter juice cleansing, and do it for 20 days while keeping up my usual weekly workouts, etc.
i'm planning to start this on monday, so i'll keep little updates of pre-fast weekend stuff, but otherwise, i'll be back on monday with real posts, and support would be so appreciated and helpful!!
i'm going to do a weigh in on monday morning, but i believe i'm around 147.. i'm hoping to get back down to 125 by mid summer.
