Day 1!

day 1 again - preparing myself for the lunchtime work challenge...

hi all! so far day 1 has been going well, and i am preparing myself for lunch time (even though i know that is several hours away). i brought some tea to make, and i think i'm going to put it in a large bowl so that it looks like i'm eating soup or something. i hate that i have to be worrying about all these issues, pretending that i'm not fasting, etc. that's not what this fast should be about. ah well - at least i don't have to work tomorrow, so i have a long weekend where i don't have to worry about these things. will let you know how the rest of the day goes!

2 pm: Well, i just made it thru lunch. A bit awkward, but hey, I guess it's going to have to be like that for a while. Some hunger pangs and definitely a lot of cravings, but I'm fighting thru the cravings and just trying to keep the hunger at bay by drinking A LOT of water!
