Today was ok because it was hot so i wasn't hungry just thirsty!! Had a heat headache though. weighed myself today really happy with how its all going my thighs are definately smaller. I think its helped that i've managed to do at least 45 minutes of serious exercise everyday. My stomach is flatter and i can nearly close the zipper on my slim-me-pants!!! Only thing that irritating me is this metalic taste in my mouth. yuck yuck yuck.
