Refeed? Carb load? or binge?...

Friday was my normal routine. Saturday & Sunday...a different story...I skipped my roller skating class to visit with my aunt instead. I went to Whole Foods to get split pea and Mom's Chicken Soup. I got the refrigerated chicken soup because there was no hot soup available. This meant I would not be able to take mostly broth. Oh well...Jamba Juice has a stand there also, so I got a large Peach Perfection smoothie and went to my aunt's, bringing her some of the famous chicken soup to try. After a few hours, I fixed some soup for myself mixing the two together. Yum. That should have been the end of my eating for the day, but then my aunt popped one of those pillsbury canned buscuits into the oven. I never buy these and don't normally eat them, but just smelling them sent me on a tangent. I went out and got a McDonald's apple pie, and a Mr. Softie milkshake. I had to walk a ways to get it so I rationalized that at least I was burning some claories...I didn't get the buscuit until the next day; when I bought three with butter & honey, a donut, some ice cream, and a flat bread chicken sandwich while I was at it.Impulse buying at it's finest. All this I ate yesterday. I weighed in this morning and was up one lb. No surprise there. The surprise came when I saw that I lost a significant amount of body fat. I would prefer to lose body fat over lbs. & muscle any day, and this time that's what I see happening. I guess what I had could be called either a binge or reframed to say carb loading. Today I'm back in the saddle again. There are now only five weigh-ins left and I stand a good chance of winning as long as I continue to eat well and stay active. As for my bikini quest, I'm going to have to learn to be patient. I didn't gain this weight overnight. I think I can reach my goal by the end of September if I persevere. After all, the goal is not just to get there, but to get there and stay there...
