being flexible so I can "go the distance"...

I just had a large decaf coffee with half & half, equal, & sweet n'low. It was good, and a nice change from tea. I had a free meal for dinner on Wednesday; A Wendy's 1/4 lb burger w/ cheese, 2 apple pies, 1 small frosty, value size fries & a bag of sun chips. I used to like Wendy's but had it not been for the condiments the meat itself would have been tasteless. Junior's makes a 1/2 lb sirlion burger I like better; I guess I could get one of those next time, and freeze the other half. The next day I took 2 alk drinks, an alk bath w/ lime and superfood. Yesterday was the same, but I got in my six superfood servings. This morning I had the nicest bm you could imagine; no griping at all - This may be too much information for some of you, but constipation had been quite a long standing issue with me before I started dealing with my ph balance, and remineralizing my body despite fasting & cleanses. So when I have a good bm, I am so happy that I cheer myself on, pat myself on the back, and tell my body "Great Job"!
Like a lot of folks, when dieting - it's a scary thought to veer off the restricted path and have a high calorie "free" meal, but I want to try it, because it makes sense to me, and keeps diet fatigue at bay. Depending on the results, I may have this meal every 7-10 days.
Among my goals:
consistently have six large superfood helpings per day
take 2 alk drinks 2 days on 1 day off and/or as needed
Remember to have my enzyme formula before ingesting anything but water and a pinch of epsom salt w/ each meal. I did that yesterday and I really saw a difference in the amount of gas I did not generate & expel. I still wonder at how these few inexpensive ingredients work so well. According to Moreless, the epsom salt in water with each meal helps the liver and kidneys to be able to get rid of the Excess Nitrogen from the body. Works for me!
The next weigh-in is on Monday. I'm looking forward to a lower number...I know the inches are continuing to come off because I have had to pin the waist of my pants to keep them on, and this morning I hooked my bra in the hooks closest together (bra wearers know what I mean...)
