How I lost 14 in 8 Days

Last week, I would get up in the morning early before work each day and walk on my treadmill for 20 mins. then after work I would either go to the gym to play racquetball or if too tired I would go home and do another 20 minutes on my treadmill, then at night I will walk around the neighborhood, walk the track where my daughter has track practice for 20 mins or the treadmill again. So it all averaged out to an hour a day, just broken up, plus work. (work at a school).
On Sundays and Saturdays my days off I would walk for an hour and a half. So, kind of did it all at once because I had the time plus 30 mins....
Today, I can't seem to sit still! Its only 10am right now and I have already run for 2 miles, powerwalked outside for 35, and did weight training (lower body). Then after my "juice lunch" I hope to either bike or rollerblade. I kept looking in the mirror at the progress and was way on the wagon to lose more! Plus I have 20 days til I go back to work, I am so pressing in and excited at the same time. Weird....can't wait to work out?? Last week I was dragging around, but that water! I was starting to get sick with the water, wanted to gag because of the name of it. Anyhow, I am rambling AGAIN because I AM SO EXCITED!!!!
