Shrinking my tummy

Time goes by very fast. Already my 3rd day! This morning, I didn't have anything until around 12pm. I still had some smoothie left over, so I had that. After that, I took a nap around 5pm and woke up VAMISHED. I was so ready to break my fast. Thank God, I still had some more smoothie in the fridge, so I drank a big glass of that. Now I must mention the ingredients of this smoothie.... Cashew nuts, coconut milk, raw chocolate powder and maca powder. I know, i shouldn't be having this, but you know what, i'm pretty damn happy to have that to help me cope with crazy hunger at this point. It really sits in my stomach and calms the intense hunger pain i get. I realized that as soon as I got up from my nap, I was so hungry and craving for something sweet (like this cake i had laying around the house) but as soon as i had my rich smoothie, i craved for something salty!! I also noticed that on every single one of my fasts, I get very, very hungry and crave sugar when i take a nap in the afternoon. My doc once told me that craving sugar in early afternoon was a sign of hypglycemia. I guess that's what I must have. In my previous fasts, i would always have a tablespoon of honey and olive oil right after i got up from my lunch nap. Now I still have some smoothie left, so i will most likely finish it (raw cacao and maca are so expensive, there is no way i'm throwing it away)
I'm really not going to drive myself crazy, and just gonna play it by ear. I feel like i need a few days to transition to full fast.
I just started taking some Oxypowder yesterday.
