Out-of-Body Experience While Waking Slowly in the Morning
I have out-of-body experiences most nights, but on this occasion it was really clear and I could consciously see my thoughts and feeling affecting what was happening.

I felt like an orb of light just floating above the ground; I had the use of all my senses and could feel the surrounding environment. After floating a few feet off the ground for a while, I came to the edge of a cliff that had a staircase running down to the lower level.
As I got to this point what came to mind is the Fool in a deck of Tarot cards. The Fool is normally depicted just about to step off a cliff. He is leaving his past behind and taking a leap of faith, where one has to be confident that one will be supported by all the laws of nature.
I noticed that I was at this point where I could choose to go off the edge, and knew I was my Spirit and at one with the whole Universe.
I allowed myself to go beyond the cliff and watch the ground fall away rapidly beneath my spirit orb, which was floating in the air. This was my leap of faith to make this jump into the unknown.
The card usually means that if you trust your intuition right now, you will do spontaneous right actions. Your friends may see you as being foolish; you cannot analyze with the rational mind, you just have to let go and trust the innocence of the experience to guide you.
As I let go of all expectation and just witnessed the process, my confidence grew and I started to use my thoughts and feeling to steer my spirit orb in various directions.
I could hear people below saying my name and saying to look at George, while I was literally flying.
After a while I came to a stand of trees and I noticed I could push myself off the branches and fly in whatever direction I chose.
This conscious experience continued for quite a long time, and then I got the experience of travelling through various dimensions before gently reconnecting to my body again and returning to the physical.
This clear experience has stayed in my mind now for a few weeks, so I am choosing to write it down today in the hope that it will inspire others to release control of their day-to-day experiences and relax more and more into the Self of their spiritual nature for guidance and direction.
The Fool does not care what happens to him in his life, as he knows his true spiritual nature can never be taken from him; he is innocent in the Now, like a newborn baby – accepting life as it happens and releasing all expectation, living in unconditional love for all life’s experiences.
