Day 2 - 141lbs (25lbs to go)
Day 2 - going okay, feeling tired though...

7.20am - woke up to make fresh juice again. Did 12 mandarin oranges this time, this filled 3/4 of a litre. Had lemon juice and hot water to drink first thing.
Weighed myself this morning and was 10st 1.8lbs (141.8lbs). That's a loss of 1.4lbs since yesterday evening and possibly much more since yesterday morning.
In terms of how I am feeling, last night my husband told me I felt cold as apparently I am like a furnace next to him usually.
9.30am - arrive at work and those that want to know - had my usual BM - interesting to see if Day 3 is the same. Started sipping on my orange juice. Took a picture on my mobile for Day 2. My face looks a little smaller.
1.30pm - as much as I do not like it when my boss is in (she travels frequently for work) she is actually helping me stick to the juice fast as she keeps me so busy! I literally start at 9.30am, lucky to stop for lunch, and keep working until 5.30pm. So not really enough time to think about food! During my lunch hour today I went to the library and read other curezone bloggers entries which I had printed out. That was good motivation for me, so thanks to all that took the time to write and encourage others.
2.30pm - return from lunch after reading and feel tired. Wonder if it is because I had been reading...
5.30pm - finishing work, and finished the rest of my juice around 5pm. Feeling tired and fell asleep on the train. Stopped off midway to run an errand and picked up some fruit to juice for tomorrow. Bought 12 oranges and the stall guy gave 2 for free which was nice. Also bought 5 pears. Will experiment with them tomorrow as I have just been having orange juice so far.
8pm - arrived home and immediately went to the bathroom and weighed myself - am now 10st 1.1lbs (141.1lbs). That's a loss of 0.7lbs since this morning, and 2.1lbs since last night. I think I will weigh myself twice a day (first when I wake up and second when I return from work) as it gives me something to look forward to and keeps me motivated. Some might think it bad but hey, it keeps me going, and we should go with whatever works for us.
As I didn't weigh myself until around 8pm last night, to be consistent I will only include records for the evening weigh-ins (see below).
9pm - I try to do a couple of sit ups - did 100 last night. But think might take it easy as feeling tired today. Mouth feels absolutely foul though. It has gone all white and I have teeth marks on my tongue. Had hot water, lemon juice and reluctantly added a bit of honey this time. (Why not treat myself a little, have been very good last two days!)
Summary - All in all, today has not gone badly. Am again surprised how I have not been hungry and how I have stuck to this fast, but as mentioned above, could be down to me being really busy at work. Had hot water and lemon in the morning, juiced 12 mandarin oranges, and had another hot water and lemon in the evening, this time with honey.
Third day tomorrow...and as I am most likely to be fed this weekend at these family gatherings, I will have some soup for dinner. I will need to think about how to break this fast ever so slightly, as I would like to carry it on. Might incorporate a slimfast shake, soup and other light snacks as on Sunday I will have to eat at this invite...dammit. Will have at least one meal as a juice meal.
