Day 3 - 139lbs (23lbs to go)
Day 3 completed successfully - pretty impressed!

7.20am - Weighed myself first thing and was 10st 0.1lbs (140.1lbs). That's a loss of 1lb since yesterday evening (remember I am listing down my evening weight rather than the morning as I missed the first day's weight).
Juiced 14 oranges. It filled over my 1-litre bottle so put the leftover in the fridge for tonight. I had hot water with lemon as breakfast.
I am feeling okay this morning, wondering how the day will go seeing as my boss isn't here to keep me busy today.
9.30am - I walked 20 minutes from the station and found myself quite tired when I arrived at work. Hmm. Took a picture for Day 3. Am starting to look very radiant, there is colour in my cheeks and my skin looks clear.
1.30pm - I sipped my juice throughout the day. Realised that I had not had my usual BM this morning so added a sachet of Benefiber to my drink - natural fibre to assist. This did the trick - sort of. Cut and paste and check it out.
5.30pm - hubby asked if I wanted to go out tonight. I declined as I know I would probably start eating. Good call.
Bought a pineapple for tomorrow's juicing. Will be hard as it is the weekend and family are around and food is everywhere.
7pm - arrived home and weighed myself and at first was disappointed to see that I was still the same as this morning - 10st 0.1lbs. After several attempts and taking a leak lol, weighed again until I managed to make it 9st 13.9lbs - finally into the 9st mark (130s!). Probably cheating, yes, but I made sure I got two consistent readings.
9pm - first had hot water and lemon but then found my stomach was rumbling so remembered to finish the juice left behind this morning. I didn't exercise tonight as hubby and I had a serious chat as it seems that I have become quite miserable. He wanted to know why I looked upset (maybe because I declined to go out earlier he thought there must be something wrong) - to be honest I didn't realise that I was looking miserable, I guess I was just trying to keep myself distracted so that I didn't think about food. He knows that I am on a diet but does not know that I am juice fasting.
1.30am after talking some more with hubby, went to sleep. I was hungry tonight for the first time - as I was sleeping quite late. Sleep helped curb it, and water. Also, had a vitamin tablet.
14 oranges juiced, drank nearly 1.5litres of juice and three cups of hot water and lemon (without honey). Skin looking more radiant. No BM so took Benefiber to assist - this helped slightly. Took a cod liver oil tablet for vitamins. Was hungry at night time.
Days 4 & 5 -
Tomorrow will be interesting and the next day (weekend) as I will be home and then have a lunch invite on Sunday. So far I've listed smoothies, soup, strawberry slimfast milkshake, yoghurt and porridge as possibilities to break the fast for tomorrow as I will have to eat rice and curry on Sunday. Need to prepare my body slightly so will be doing a semi-fast those days. It's a shame as I have been so good the last three days!
