Day 11 I knew would not go well as I am at my parents. Had a little bit of the leftover juice but this is starting to taste a bit off. I had a yoghurt drink which tasted great - which means it must have a lot of sugar!
I did oil pulling when I woke up this morning and again, after washing out my mouth, it tasted like the warm water had sugar in it - so sweet. Maybe because I am using black seed oil...
I weighed myself with my parents weighing scales and it showed me to be at 9st 8lbs. As I do not have my digital one, I will say that I am 9st 8.9lbs. At least I am in the 9st-8lb bracket.
As I am round my parents due to the death of a family member, we all cooked big meals and I made some curry and had it for lunch. Unfortunately I could not get out of it as it would seem disrespectful during mourning. Immediately after eating my stomach felt SOOO heavy. I did try yesterday trying to have some non-juice food like soup and yoghurt. It wasn't too uncomfortable and it didn't feel right at the same time.
I will struggle tomorrow and Monday as I have no juice. I bought some yoghurt drinks to try and see if I can at least maintain that. I really did not want to lose it but it is not the right situation I guess. I will get back on it from Tuesday I think. In the meantime, I have not done too badly, and I will still count these couple of days as 'days of drinking yoghurt' and trying to keep on track!
If I can remain on 9st 8lbs by tomorrow then I will be very happy. Which means I need to exercise tonight!
