Day 6,7,8 & 9
Nothing new
Date: 11/19/2008 1:17:46 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1816 times So it's been a while since I last posted! I don't really have an access to my computer since it's broken so the blogs won't really be consistent.
For the past 4 days I've been having only 1 juice and I'm fine with it. Haven't been feeling weak but I noticed that I'm not losing as much weight as I hoped. Maybe my metabolism is slower or my body knows whats going on so it's holding on to everything.
I have been doing skin brushing but I stopped with enema. I had a natural bm this morning so that's perfect. I haven't been walking as much as I would like to either.
I'm not craving anything at the moment and don't really think about food. My main focus is that I have to be doing it for a looong time so I can't be impatient. My skin looks really good even though I got a couple of new break outs. Other than that, I have been feeling pretty calm. Yesterday I was a little frustrated for no reason but it didn't last long. One thing I noticed is that I have been sleeping soo much at night. about 9-10 hrs.
I think that's it for now..let's see where else this journey may take me :)
