Woke up thinking about ice cream? whatever:)

I woke this morning thinking about ice cream (bummer) only for a quick minute. My response was to laugh. I'm having some herb tea and lemon water. of course this was after I had listen to some preaching on television. I know I'm gonna blog a lot today, but I know it will help, I hope for response. But to everyone who reads these blogs I pray you have strenght to go the course.
