Day 1 Eve

The evening prior to starting something so life changing is full of mixed emotions.

1/24/09 9:27pm – It’s the evening before I start my first Master Cleanse. I just started drinking the tea and am filled with mixed emotions. I’m feeling excitement and anticipation, but also nervousness and anxiety. I’m unsure of exactly will take place but I’ve read both books and feel that I’m as prepared as I can be. I haven’t said anything to anyone about what I’m doing. I suppose I don’t want to deal with any negative feedback. This is going to be challenging enough without that. The tea tastes fine, not really any taste at all, so that’s a plus.
