28 Day Medical Fast
28 Day Medical Fast, 2 days prior to fast
Date: 2/2/2009 12:56:06 PM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 1681 times I have Sarcoidosis. Diagnosed 1 year ago, stage 3. I will not take Prednisone or any other cortico-steroids. I will not watchfully wait for the condition to get worse. I have allowed myself to ingest and work around toxic foods and chemicals all my life.
I've been taking Augmentin for a sinus infection for 19 days, I will be done taking them tomorrow. I will then begin my fast with a liver flush that will completely clean out my digestive system.
I have prepared for this fast by reading extensively, buying a juicer, a super majority of veggies versus fruits and equipment for digestive system daily toxin cleansing.
I'm still uncertain about Psyllium Husks vs. daily enemas. My naturopath has recommended hydro-colonics about halfway through my fast, but I am concerned with the toxic sludge and fecal impaction left behind. I don't want to re-absorb the toxins my body purges. Suggestions or comments....
I've prepared for this fast by eliminating all wheat, dairy (except for small amounts of yogurt to offset the Augmentin), meat, most sugars, and processed foods over the last two weeks. I'm down about 10 pounds.
