28 Day Medical Fast, Day 11
Date: 2/14/2009 9:45:19 AM ( 14 y ) ... viewed 1515 times Low grade but bearable hunger 24/7. I'm actually getting used to the fact that I'm on the verge of hunger all the time. I can't drink as much juice as I want, or I'll get diahhrea. Just too much liquid I guess.
I had my first real bm this morning. Still just "kibbles and bits," but a good amount. The colon hydrotherapy must have helped move things along.
I haven't cheated a single time so far in 11 days. The biggest challenge I've had so far was passing up the opportunity to have a glass of good red wine. I'm sure it would have been fine, but I want to stay away from all of my former vices while on this fast.
So far, my opinion of this fast is positive. The swelling is down in my lymph nodes. I think I have just the right balance of juice and water. I only have occasional neck stiffness and very mild headaches. I'm losing approx. one pound per day. That in itself is awesome.
I keep my checklist of what needs to be done and what I eat each day. It keeps me current because the days tend to blur and merge together.
