Getting mentally ready for the fast tomorrow!
FASTING Tomorrow morning, it's on!

Went and got my fruits and veggies to start my fast tomorrow. I'm pretty excited about starting again. The 9 days I did about three weeks ago was the hardest fast I've EVER done. I don't really know why but it was a daily struggle with my mind. Not sure if I just wasn't prepared like I thought I was or what. The food around the house was torture. Every time someone cooked or ate anything I just had to go in the other room and get away from it. There was an unusual amount of junk food in the house, it seemed, and I really had a tough time. Normally I make all the food, do the grocery shopping, and go out to restaurants with the family frequently and I'm never affected, in fact, I usually get so grossed out by what they're eating that I tell them I wouldn't eat if they paid me- boy not the case this last time. Let's hope to God it's not like that again. I really don't feel like it will be. I wasn't ready to quit at that moment so it will feel good cleaning out again. Okay, tomorrow morning it's on! Wish me luck and let me know if anyone out there is doing it with me! ♥
