Not much in the sign of weight loss today but that doesn't phase me. I've done this enough times to know I have a few "stalls" or plateaus or whatever you want to call it. If I stick with the plan, though, it always pays off. Have gone down a pant size so far so that's good and I feel much better now too. I'm almost at day 9 which is where I stopped the last fast I did about 3 or 4 weeks ago and really wasn't ready. This fast has been so much easier this time- I guess my mind just has to be right because it is about 90+% mental, you know? Definitely mind over matter with me at least.
Drank 74oz of water today and a cup of juice. Truthfully I really don't even know why I'm bothering with the tiny amount of juice I'm drinking daily. I just do it because a water only fast seems so harsh but this has been very similar to that. Had ample amounts of energy today- it gets worse in the evening when I'm home from work, I start to feel like I'm dragging a little. It's not even hard anymore making everyone dinner (I won't tell you what kind in case it would make you hungry). I do smell it and think, wow that smells good, but that's as far as I'll let it go. Remember- it's all a mind game! Hope you all had a great, easy day and tomorrow is even better!
