I have finished day 10 of the fast. My ankles still hurt, but it's much better than yesterday. My ankles are probably hurting because of toxin overload in my joints that needs to be released. The day before my fast I am going to take two capsule of healthy intestinal bacteria to help digestion. Hopefully I start feeling better soon. I know that things need to get ugly before getting better. Fasting is the best way to self heal and let the body do all the work. Our body will breakdown stuff and re-build a new and healthy body.I cannot wait to see the end result of this fast. On day 14 I am going to see how much weight I have lost. I do not drink too much water, I only drink according to thirst to prevent hyperhydration. Overall, everything is good, still staying strong.
