For me, fasting is a period of time to reflect on ones self. It is a time to purge bad habits and replace all negative with positives. My plan is to make a detail log of my fast. I do not want my experience to be a blur. Some notes might be redundant and plain stupid. Why would anyone want to know I brushed my teeth with baking soda? I think every little detail counts. Somehow later I might realize my body reacts to baking soda verses dry brushing.

Shower: Yes/used dr bronner peppermint soap w/peppermint tea & aloe vera.
Oral Hygiene: Brush teeth with dr bronner peppermint soap mixed with baking soda. Rinsed with peroxide.
Products Used: Aloe Vera liquid w/ tea tree oil for face, SPF for face and parts of body showing,
Drinking: Spring Water from cooler in office
Work: Yes, office admin tasks.
