Updates of day one and two of fast.

Updates for Day One:
Napped 30 minutes during lunch.
15 minutes on treadmill at 3.0 incline/speed.
Slept remainder of day. Stayed up most of the night.
drank 48 ounces of spring/filtered water.
NOTES: Was exhausted most of day due to lack of rest. Not hungry but bored to want to eat.

Hours Rest: 6.00 hours

Shower: Yes/used peppermint soap*
Oral Hygiene: Brush teeth with toothpaste soap**. Rinsed with peroxide.
Products Used: Aloe Vera liquid w/ tea tree oil for face, SPF for face and parts of body showing,
Drinking: Spring Water from cooler in office
Work: Yes, office admin tasks for 8 hours
NOTES: Exhausted. Want to go back to bed. Must go to work. Looks forward to nap during lunch break. No hunger.
Today plans (will cross when completed):
30 minute nap @ lunch
20 minutes on treadmill at 3.0 incline/speed.
Sleep remainder of day. (at least 2 hours)
Yoga 15 minutes @ night.
I burnt half my arm while napping in the car during lunch. Maybe I will have to find another place to rest in the middle of the day? The burn looks almost black and I am fair skinned.
Used clay on my face, underarms, back and arms. Left the clay on for 60 minutes. Clay felt draining. After I rinsed off the clay I slathered on aloe vera liquid and tea tree oil head to toe.
Slept all afternoon. Did not go to gym or yoga.

*peppermint soap is a mixture of dr bronner peppermint liquid soap, peppermint tea & aloe vera liquid.
**toothpaste soap is just baking soda and dr bronner peppermint.
