Stats and update. Feeling pretty good. Just hungry.

Alrighty, some baselines:
Day 1 weight: 147.8/27.3% BMI
Day 2 weight: 146.5/30.1% BMI
The difference in BMI is because my BMI is always lower in the afternoon than the morning, b/c I am more hydrated in the afternoon.
Yesterday I totally craved my Lindt's 99% cocoa excellence bar dipped in really raw honey along with some merlot. Mmmmmm... :P~~
Okay, so I am addicted to chocolate. Am I addicted to the caffeine in the cocoa? There's only one way to find out: if I have a raging migraine for 3-4 days soon, then yes. Otherwise, no.
Yesterday I dealt with cravings. I had several BMs. (Yes, I will get that detailed. So if it bothers you, then don't continue to read the blog.) That probably explains the ~1lb weight loss.
Today I am dealing with hunger. But not really. My tummy is growling, but I am not really hungry per se. I remember when I did my 40-day fast, I did not get genuinely hunger until day ~38. That was humbling. That taught me that I usually eat because I just eat. Not because I am really hungry.
Anyhoo, I am in better spirits today. I slept hard last night. I made two juices for work instead of one. The last time I fasted, I had a real problem with being wasted by the time I go home until I had a drink that evening. So I will see if this helps.
