Super Cacao Drink -- Hold the Shilajit
My past cacao drink started disagreeing with my digestion, and in an attempt to find something that will go down smoother I have left out not only the shilajit, but also the mucuna, coconut oil and half of the original amount of MSM

Okay, here is my CURRENT attempt at a Cacao Drink that will go down easily both with the palate and my finicky digestion. I'm drinking it now so no results yet, but YUM I could get used to this flavor! I'll call it:
SUPER CACAO DRINK -- HOLD THE SHILAJIT, MUCUNA, COCONUT OIL and HALF THE MSM
1 1/2 cups filtered spring water (it had been chlorinated so had to filter it)
1 1/2 cups of my Coffee Substitute Healing Tea sans (without) the cacao (i.e., with pau d'arco, astragalus, cat's claw and chaga) OR another 1 1/2 cups good water
2 TBL bee pollen
1/2 cup goji berries (yeah, yeah, I know, that's a LOTTA goji berries -- so shoot me!)
2 heaping TBL. raw cacao nibs
1 TBL raw cacao powder
4-5 Brazil nuts
1 TBL chia seeds
1 TBL vanilla extract
2 TBL pumpkin seeds
1 TBL Hawaiian spirulina
2 TBL Maca
2 heaping TBL raw finely shredded raw coconut (from EarthShift)
1 heaping TBL local honey
2 TBL non-GMO xylitol
1/4-1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
1 TBL MSM
2 pinches Celtic sea salt
Blended at highest speed (on a Blendtech donchano).
At first I was going to strain it but it did NOT want to strain and it REALLY does not bother me drinking it unstrained after it's been through the Blendtech so I gave up on THAT idea...!!!
Was noticing the beautiful PURPLE color of the cacao nibs as I was making this. WOW...!
P.S. I was going to call this a "Super Simple Cacao Drink" but once I listed all the ingredients I decided that MIGHT not be the best name, lol.
P.P.S. It felt a bit thick so in the end I am adding a bit more water and tea. Quite nice. About 7 superfoods, some superherbs and several more near-superfoods (as defined by David "Avocado" Wolfe) makes this a drink super-packed with nutrition, minerals and even ormus, that mysterious levitational mineral that got left off of the Periodic Table of the Elements!
Thanks for reading, and here's wishing you the Best Day EVER...!
