Ten Day Water Fasting Goal

I am currently on day four of a water only fast. My goal is ten days. This will be a breakthrough for me as I have not been able to fast past seven days in recent years. The first three days I did work. I am using vacation time for the remaining seven days. The first three days are the easiest for me as my body is used to short fasts. I was very happy about how things went on my third day with having to work. I remember when I first started pushing myself to work on the third day. I struggled terribly just trying to get ready for work in the morning. Also, it was all I could do to do my job. Things are now very different. My energy level was almost that of non fasting days. I did feel very tired at the end of the day, but not weak. Hunger was not that strong. It came and left. I know the hardest part is before me. I am hoping that by blogging it will help me keep my goal. Of course, I will still evaluate each day and if my body tells me to quit I will. I thought the goal may help me push further. I am in heavy ketosis (dark purple on the stick).
