Yep. That's right, folks. Day 11 didn't quite go as planned. Nor did Day 12, 13 or 14...so I am back to square 1. SO sad for me. Actually...honestly? It was FABULOUS!! I had the yummiest food and made sure I appreciated every tiny crumb. I DID keep making and drinking my tea every morning and night and made my cleanse concoction every day...I just didn't drink it! :)
Back up on the horse today! No beating myself up as that would completely go against the whole "appreciation" part of this project. As soon as I fell off I started looking for things to appreciate and reading Abe stuff again to get me back on the happy track. And then I waited until it felt GOOD to be on/go on the cleanse. That day arrived today! I did make up my cleanse mixture last night as it was on the first day that I started making the cleanse up per drink that I fell off. I'd rather be drinking less fresh drinks than not drinking them at all! Know what I'm sayin'?
So, with renewed appreciation for...well...appreciation, I embark once again on my 60 day cleanse! I must say that I have kicked T-Tapp to the curb for now because it has a learning curve and I don't want to add another thing onto my list. Body Flex, however, is far easier to learn and I have to say I am seeing some pretty fun results! My butt looked different after ONE session! I do double sessions, so 6x per movement and I also use what people call the "skipped breath" method that others on curezone recommeded. If I did it without stopping, it would take 20 minutes. Don't be fooled - it's not easy! And today it took me an hour because I kept running over to my laptop and checking email to try and get out of it. Nope. I decided I couldn't leave my bedroom until it was done.
My sticker chart now has four areas:
Body Brush (T-Tapp way)
Body Flex (Older style with skipped breath, 6x each position)
And I am happy to say today already has the first three stickers on it. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
