Day Four and Five

So, I didn't write a post yesterday because I tend to write when I need a good distraction from being tempted to eat and in the past two days I haven't needed a distraction because I haven't wanted to eat. It's very bizarre- I've been able to do everything as normal, including working out, and I'm barely drinking any juice either...somehow I'm running on empty and feeling fine, not hungry, not weak, no headaches, nothing. And to boot, in the last couple of days I haven't really had any cravings! Woohoo, hope this keeps up! Haha, I know it probably won't, but it sure makes it easier! It would be amazing if this lack of cravings lasts forever... :)
One thing I've learned for sure over the past five days is that I have a much greater strength than I ever thought- I really thought I would have caved by now, and there have definitely been moments where I have almost convinced myself that it would be better for me in some way or another to eat. Luckily, however, those moments have passed and I hope they will continue to do so for the next 35 days.
