Fourth day and down 3lbs today :) yesterday was a little more challenging, as I really had a craving for fast food during the evening, but was able to overcome the craving by just snacking on more fruit when and if I felt hungry, which seems to have been reflective in the weight loss achieved this today.
Will check in again tomorrow.
