I've been using MMS for two weeks.

I'm glad that I had posted when I was about to start the MMS. I have taken it almost every day since I began ingesting it orally, but it took me a week to really find the protocol that works best for me. I made a few mistakes in the beginning - I tried taking it hourly AND increasing the dosage each time. I started getting nausea around eight or nine drops, and for almost two days was running to the toilet frequently. Finally I read all of the protocols again, and realized that I was basically combining two different ones, and it was unnecessary (and possibly harmful) to do more than three drops of activated MMS at a time if I was taking it hourly. After enduring nine drops, decreasing the dosage to just three seemed like a cakewalk. No more nausea, diarrhea, the taste was just a little citrusy, not terrible at all. What I did notice within a couple of days was that my chronic allergic symptoms that I have had as long as I can remember started to disappear. My mother said that I have always been very mucousy, even as a baby. I live with sinus issues, and I tend to not pay much attention to them unless they are obnoxious. I was finding some relief about a month ago, but I never did figure out what was working so well. The amazing feeling didn't last, probably because I started eating dairy here and there. But the MMS leaves me feeing CLEAN on the inside, like a bubbly mountain of fresh air. My voice became noticeably more clear. The junk that is almost always at the back of my throat that makes me clear my throat constantly is GONE. My energy levels peaked again. I can tell this is something that I don't want to live without. I wouldn't say that I crave MMS specifically, but so far when too much time has passed and I haven't had a dose, I can feel that I want that clear bubbly feeling to come back. I haven't stayed with the hourly protocol enough yet. For HIV, it is supposed to be three drops per hour, eight hours a day, for three weeks. I have made it up it bottles to drink throughout the day, but I really feel that it works the best when I make it up and do a shot with some black tea each hour. I've gotten my mom, boyfriend, and a few friends trying it already as well.
I want to point out that I don't see MMS as a supplement. I think it should be treated as a medicine, the way some would treat antibiotics. It also may deplete the body of certain nutrients, and other ones should not be taken at the same time (iodine, vitamin C). I just started learning about the importance of iodine as well. I am taking 3 to 4 grams of vitamin C each night and some mornings, away from the MMS doses. I just started taking iodine at night as well. Thyroid issues run in my family, and iodine seems to be something that most Americans are extremely deficient in. There is some debate about which is better for you, iodine or MMS. I see them as completely different from each other, and on the most basic level, one is to fight and kill pathogens, and the other is a necessary nutrient that our bodies desperately need.
I'm super tired, I will write more when I can.
