Day 41 of My 60 Day Water Fast
Self Reflection At 40 days!

So, since about the 3rd week I have been contemplating going on juice after day 40, my thought process was that if I was losing less than 1lb a day or not seeing a shift I wasn't going to remain on water, especially given that I don't actually drink that much water.
Well, Thursday I noticed my clothes fit better, but I maybe lost 2lbs; however, it is the week before my period. Anyways, I decided to celebrate my 40 days on water by having some shrimp and avocado purée. Which led to a mango and avocado puree, which led to stir-fried fresh green beans with oyster sauce that I had frozen before we broke up. Eventually I ate 1/2 a watermelon of all red sections blended in a Vitamix with ice. That was DELICIOUS!!! The best perfect.slushy you could ever have.
Yes so this morning I actually look slimmer. The watermelon gave me diarrhea. And I peed a lot all night; more than I do drinking that amount of water. I peed on a keto strip at 4:30 AM PST and it was as purple as it could get just like when I was on water only for 40 days. The difference is today I feel rejuvenated and ready again.
So my plan, since I still have 25-30lbs more to lose is to go phase 2: 30 days minimum or waist 26 or 30lbs whichever comes first until I succeed. I'm not going to be so rigid with the water, because I am doing this to lose weight not to see how much water I can force my body to swallow. And I already made it to 40 days!!! of water!!! I am so proud of myself. Now I need to keep going the distance until I reach the true goal.
