Thank you for giving me this wonderful day. Thank you for letting me finally sleep last night, but not sleep too much. Thank you for making me feel well-rested this morning. I see your love letter written to me everywhere. Oh, you are greatness, you are holiness, you are highest purity, you are highest love, you are welcoming me with open arms, you are honesty, you are highest virtue, you are highest integrity, you are utmost kindness, you are utmost compassion, you are utmostnempathy, you are highest wisdom, you are utmost seriousness, you are most glorious, you are most heavenly, you have the best temper, and you are the merriest.
Lord, let me keep my sweet and happy voice always and always speak of blessings. Let me eat very little to be humble. Let me lose weight as planned. Let me meet my daily goals. Let me fulfill my academic goals and lifelong goals. Oh, how I seek to glorify you and your name. Let me always remember to glorify you.
Lord, let me succeed on my many-day fast. Keep me in your holy peace, Holy Spirit, holy sight, and holy blessings. Let this be a safe fast. I fast to experience humility. That is my purpose on this fast. A short and sweet goal. Amen.

7 a.m. Read PsyBlog on my phone. The purpose is to keep occupied so I will have large brain volume.
7:50 a.m. Play brain training games. Then charge my iPad
8:40 a.m. Read PsyBlog
9:30 a.m. Message friends Brian and Tingho
9:40 a.m. Magoosh GRE vocab flashcards on my phone
10:30 a.m. Dual N-Back game
11:10 a.m. Read PsyBlog, Lynn Jericho, Emma Seppala
12 p.m. Meditate. This morning was still recuperation and now is business.
12:50 p.m. Read "The Lost Hero" by Rick Riordan. Take breaks to be with family members or play Dual N-Back
2:10 p.m. Call friend Brian. Continue reading "The Lost Hero."

7:30 a.m. Leave for school
