Something is Wrong
Time for a nap? Jammies, Jammies, I love my Jammies sometimes I wear them to Sadhana and Guru laughs at (with?) Me!

Yes, finally something is wrong......I started off to the Spot to grab a swim and I am too tired to do so. Something is wrong with this...Sadhana is kicking my ass...and I feel like either giving up (although I LOVE it when I'm there) or Stepping up the pace and doing more yoga to break through this "flat" spot.
BTW, that is not a very yogic idea...This "breaking through to the other side" mentality. I am home on a Saturday afternoon -ready for a NAP! A NAP!
It was a BIG week I had 2 (yes 2!) nightime events and one night up in Fullerton I had only 3 hours of sleep...But there's no making up sleep...I wonder if my body knows this? I'm beginning to wonder what my body does know?! Honestly- Mind over matter is not problem, But mind over Fun-IS A HUGE PROBLEM! 2) I had class on the Archetype of the Innocent on the Tuesday Night Experience didn't get to bed until10:30pm-BIG WHOOP!
I can feel the air and the light changing, fallish, and I am so spent on my big week, that I do not feel like the chill of the water will be healthy- In others words, I have doubts that I could maintain my body temp, or get warm after the swim. And Pat is in Minnesota (I KNow!) so there is no one to challenge me!
Maybe tomorrow after church!
Maybe tomorrow instead of church- I'll go pray with my breast stroke! Or back stroke of by diving 8 ft down and arching my back , and propelling upwards with my fins, until I break the water open and burst out into the air. I Love The Water. If Sadhana reduces my endurance for cold, then I will have trouble choosing.
Enough of that.
I have a part in Peter Pan Production. I am a pirate, kinda fitting...Much as the Mystery pirate Forum suggested...I make a good Pirate...Of course this pirate sings and dances....It's been a long time since I've sung. The dancing is unweildy, but I am surprising flexible and lithe on my feet. Of course I am already in the conversation about when I will have the time and energy to rehearse. The rehersal schedule is almost every day until the day after Thanksgiving. And it is at night!
I need to pick up the energy level I will talk to Guru and ask how I can center for Sadhana, and all this other stuff. He will say "It is good to take a nap"
And for today I agree with him...Time for a nap.
